YU-UM!

I may just be addicted. Jonathan has been raving about these for a while now and we finally got the recipe - Ice-cream Sandwiches. They are the easiest things to make, you can just keep them cut up in a container in the freezer, and the different flavour possibilities are endless! The only bad thing is that they are not too good for the scales. Thankfully breastfeeding does the job for now!

Ice Cream Sandwiches
2 Cups of whipped cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 & 1/2 packets of malt biscuits

Fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream.
Layer half the biscuits onto a lamington tray, spread the cream mixture onto the biscuits.
Layer the other half of the biscuits on top of the cream mixture.

That's it! Then of course you can add crushed crunchie, flake, milo, etc into the cream for extra yumminess!

And here are our last two ready to be eaten last night :)

And here are just some more photos from this last week! Jonathan goes back to work next week, so reality will hit quickly then.....

I've had lots of time for this......
